INTERIOR DESIGN
LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Our approach to every project begins with getting to know you and understanding your space—what’s working, what isn’t, how you envision living in it, and what you dream it could become. Together, we’ll create a home or yard that feels beautiful, functional, and uniquely yours.
Throughout the design process, we’ll work together to make the hundreds of decisions that bring your vision to life. By the end, we’ll have a comprehensive set of plans and detailed specifications that a contractor can use to accurately price your project and bring the design to life as we envisioned.
For interior renovations, these documents include floor plans, detailed layouts, elevations, lighting plans, and comprehensive schedules outlining finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.
For landscape projects, they include planting plans, detailed plant lists, outdoor lighting plans, and construction details for elements such as outdoor kitchens, decks, walls, patios, and other outdoor features.
The goal is to take the guesswork out of construction, giving you and your contractor a clear roadmap for turning our ideas into reality.
Our business is currently based in Truckee, California however we enjoy working on projects throughout the state.
